Self Forgiveness

Forgive your mom and forgive your dad, maybe now you don't understand it, but every time you were hurt, they abandoned you, they were teaching you to be stronger, more independent, they taught you to leave where you don't want more I love you.

Forgive your partner who cheated on you, maybe it hurts a lot, but I was teaching you to put limits, to love you above all others,

and to be true to yourself.

Forgive your coworker, the envious, the one I speak ill of you, the one that made life impossible, she saw in you something that could never become and taught you that, even at your worst, your light shines So much that hurts the eyes of others.

Forgive your daughters and sons for the insolences, lies, abandonment, they were teaching you to release your attachments and understand that you can't control everything, they were teaching you to let go.

But above all forgive yourself, for your overweight, for not being the daughter, wife, the perfect mother. Forgive yourself for every time you let yourself beat yourself by fear, forgive yourself for every mistake, because if not for them, you would not be the person you are today, believe me, you are wonderful.

Your story is perfect, your life is perfect and even if it doesn't seem like it, everything happens to teach you something, to grow.
