Any employee, contractor, or client found engaging in such behavior will face disciplinary measures, including termination of employment or the client relationship.

Reporting Procedures for Discrimination or Harassment:

Any employee or client who believes they have experienced discrimination or harassment must promptly report the incident to Justin Hurtado-Palomo or another management team member. Centro Iwiga Maachi is committed to conducting thorough and impartial investigations into all complaints of discrimination or harassment and will take appropriate action to address any substantiated claims.

 

Protection Against Retaliation:

Iwigá strictly prohibits retaliation against any employee or client who reports discrimination or harassment or participates in an investigation related to such reports. Retaliation against individuals for exercising their rights will result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to termination of employment or the client relationship.
